If you’re a pizza connoisseur living in Jax, chances are you’ve heard of Biggie’s Pizza. Home of the giant New York-style slice, this pizzeria has quickly gained fans and is considered a staple of the community. With locations at the Beach, 5 Points, and the newest in Southside, this spot is easily accessible no matter where you are in Jax!!

We had the pleasure of popping into Biggie’s Southside, and they did not disappoint. GIANT pies sit in the window while a mouthwatering aroma greets you at the door. Graffiti splashes, and a colorful portrait of The Notorious B.I.G., give the place effortless character. They’ve got a menu, but the staff made some recommendations we couldn’t resist. Orders are baked fresh, which is a labor of love we don’t mind being patient for. Piping hot, extra-large, and topped with the best, these slices barely made it on our table for pictures before they were devoured. Something about freshly melted cheese on a giant thin slice of pizza hits the spot just right. Be sure to save room for Cannoli’s because they’re worth every bite!
